Dr. Emily is a board-certified, licensed Vitalistic Naturopathic Doctor and graduate of Bastyr University San Diego. Her clinical work primarily focuses on preconception and pediatrics, with a broader passion for natural family health.

She has dedicated thousands of hours to studying preconception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, infancy, childhood, and motherhood. Her educational work explores these interconnected seasons through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual lenses, with a particular love for the transition from maiden to mother.

During pregnancy, her role is educational and supportive. She does not provide routine prenatal or obstetric care, manage labor, attend births, or deliver babies, and clients maintain their own OB/GYN, midwife, or appropriate maternity provider.

Rooted in traditional vitalistic naturopathic medicine, Emily incorporates homeopathy, botanical medicine, nutrition, gemmotherapy, drainage, hydrotherapy, and nature-centered lifestyle medicine within her clinical work. Above all, she sees herself as a doctor and educator, helping women and families better understand their bodies, options, and health.
