Dr. Emily is a board-certified, licensed Vitalistic Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from Bastyr University San Diego in 2025. During her final year, she was honored to join the highly selective Vitalism Fellowship, recognizing her dedication to the foundational principles of vitalistic naturopathic medicine.

Over the past six years, she has dedicated thousands of hours to studying the earliest and most foundational seasons of life, including preconception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, infancy, childhood, and natural family health. She believes these seasons have a profound impact on lifelong health and that every family deserves personalized care that honors both physiology and the body's innate healing ability.

Her practice is centered around walking alongside women through preconception, pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood while continuing to support growing families through personalized naturopathic care. Through education, natural medicine, birth planning, and relationship-based family care, she helps parents feel confident caring for themselves and their children in every season.

Emily integrates homeopathy, botanical medicine, therapeutic nutrition, gemmotherapy, drainage, hydrotherapy, and nature-centered lifestyle medicine to create personalized care plans that support the body's innate healing ability. She and her husband are currently preparing to welcome their first baby boy, an experience that has deepened her passion for supporting mothers and families with both professional knowledge and firsthand understanding.
